Initial Consultation - 90 minutes

The initial consultation includes a detailed assessment of your posture, gait, and movement. We’ll also discuss your injury history and training background to understand what’s been holding you back. For in-person consults, assessments are filmed and analyzed in slow motion to highlight dysfunctions. If online, you’ll be guided on how to submit video footage in advance.

We’ll look at movement patterns, highlight any imbalances or dysfunctions, and begin with self-myofascial release techniques to restore function. Based on your body’s response, we may also introduce postural correctives or dynamic exercises to help you move better and feel stronger.

Note: Please wear minimal gym clothing (e.g. sports bra, shorts) to allow visibility of the hips, ribcage, and joints during assessment.

1 on 1 in person training

Ongoing sessions are tailored to you and built off your assessment. You’ll work through functional movement training to improve posture, reduce pain, and build strength. We’ll progress to more dynamic, athletic movements once your foundations are solid.

Online sessions are a fully personalized experience, guided via video call. We’ll work through postural correctives, myofascial release, and dynamic movement training based on your current needs and goals. To get the most out of these sessions, you’ll need access to a cable machine or resistance bands, and some floor space to move freely.
